From our years of experience, we've learned that photography and videography come out infinitely better if the home is properly prepared before the shoot. Trying to do it all on the fly on the day of the shoot never works as well. Ever. The more items you and your sellers can check off this list before we arrive, the better your marketing will come out. It's that simple. So please do it. :)
